1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ggg777 Account. 4.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms. ggg777 may close any account and forfeit all associated balances where fraudulent registration information is identified.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggg777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted from your ggg777 Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorized the specific action.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ggg777 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ggg777 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the issuing institution. ggg777 does not apply fees to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be satisfied before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. 6.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on ggg777 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to PHP deposits or withdrawals.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ggg777 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. ggg777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, wagers are drawn from the Real Money Balance first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ggg777 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed outcomes for any individual gaming session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ggg777 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one ggg777 Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug or error to obtain a financial advantage that ggg777 did not intend to provide.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on games where player decisions affect one another's outcomes.
• Using another person's payment method or personal information without their express consent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ggg777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ggg777.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ggg777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, or published game rules.

In all circumstances, ggg777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ggg777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

ggg777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized access.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Failure to meet ongoing eligibility requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be forfeited at ggg777's discretion. Where closure is initiated by ggg777 for reasons unrelated to Player conduct, the verified Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact ggg777 support at any time. Where no breach has occurred, the verified Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method following the standard KYC-verified withdrawal process.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise concerns directly with ggg777 support. ggg777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice. Where a dispute relates to the conduct of ggg777 as a licensed operator, Players may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official complaint resolution process.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ggg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ggg777 will publish a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
